  Transplant Stories For The Transplant Trust Reply Contact I handle the PR for The Transplant Trust (www.thetransplanttrust.org.uk), the UK's leading organ donor charity, and would love to hear from any employees who have had a transplant and have an interesting work-related story they are willing to talk about publicly. For example, if they have been given a month off to do something amazing like cycle across Africa to raise money for charity. I'd also like to hear from HR directors who have policies in place to deal with such employees.

  Re: Transplant Stories For The Transplant Trust Reply Contact HR is keen to encourage employers to take a flexible approach and help people seeking or having undergone a transplant. In our October issue we will be looking at some employers who support employees with long-term sicknesses and we will also be launching a competition to find the most inspirational employee who has overcome debilitating illness and returned to work. We would also like to hear what barriers people face in relation to the workplace and welcome any comments from employees or HR directors on this issue.
