Unions need to be really careful as they might all end up without a job if the company fails. &lt;/p&gt;

Everyone under the sun seems to want to strike at a time of high unemployment and low economic growth. It is difficult to tell staff that they should be lucky they have a job and promote engagement at the same time.&lt;/p&gt;
